Maybe if my New Years Eve dress had been a little longer I could have sported it on the Oscar Red Carpet this year too.

|1. I started with some old necklace chains and a broken ring.|
|2. Simply find the broken link, or break one yourself, and reattach part of the chain to the ring.|
|3. Wrap the chain around your wrist to form a bracelet.|
4. Attach the end of the chain connected to the ring to the bracelet.
5. Add beads!
